Hurricane Java:  This five bean blend explodes on your palate.  It is dark roasted to bring out its rich, full bodied character.

Slack Tide Decaf:  When things are settling down, but you still need a hot cup of coffee, this rich Decaf will fit the bill.

Origin Varietals

Colombian Mesa de la Santos:  Classic Colombian.  Citrus notes early in the cup give way to a clean chocolate finish.  City Roast

Colombian Don Telmo:  Heirloom trees created this classic , well balanced, 100% Bourbon Coffee.  Look for hints of lemon and cream with a chocolate finish.   City/Full  Roast

Costa Rican La Amistad:  This shade grown organic has a mild body, mild acidity, and a clean finish.   It’s roasted to a City/Full City level.

Bolivian:  This is a sweet, bright coffee with medium body.  It has a very creamy, almost milk chocolate finish on your palate.

Peru Norte:  This is a medium bodied coffee roasted to a city/full city roast.  It has an amazing nut finish….think walnut.

Mexican:  This is a sweet, nutty cup of coffee with a light body.  It has a unique brightness with a short finish.

Brazilian:  This is a nutty, sweet, low-acid coffee with exceptional bittersweet and chocolate notes

Guatemalan Huehuetanango:  This coffee is roasted dark to bring out big dark chocolate and molasses notes

Sumatra Gayoland:  A neutral coffee roasted to a Viennese level to open up earth tones, dark spice, and a full syrupy finish.

Ethiopian Korate Natural Sidamo:  This is a naturally processed classic Ethiopian.  It has a medium body,  is lively, and carries berry notes while finishing clean.  City Roast.
